How long will it take for my order to ship?

Because our bags are handmade to your specifications, please allow 3-4 weeks for all custom orders.  In stock merchandise will ship within 3-5 business days.

How do I care for my bag?

Since we use such a wide variety of fabrics and trims, there is no hard and fast rule regarding cleaning.  Most bags can be spot cleaned with a mild soap and water.  Dry cleaning is suggested for overall cleaning to maintain the integrity of the fabrics. We also recommend spraying your bag with a fabric protector such as Scotchgard to keep your bag looking clean and new.  Magic Eraser, when used gently, removes scuffs from your Vinyl Diaper Bag.  Dani's Designs is not responsible for damage due to improper cleaning.  *All "Piggy Story" products are machine washable.

Sorry, But we do not discuss our sources.  We have searched high and low to find the very best quality components and fabrics to be able to offer our products to you at affordable prices.  A good search on google will result in a lot of great sources.  Good Luck!

Returns/ Exchanges

At Dani's Designs your satisfaction is our utmost priority.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will give you instructions on how to return the package to us.  Item must be in original condition, including tags.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.  Unless there is a manufacturing defect, custom orders are non-refundable.
